We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards through the IYZICO payment network.
You can contact us by emailing info@deyaworld.com , and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. All questions submitted on weekends or public holidays will be answered the next business day.
We typically ship orders within 3-5 days. Please note that during sales periods, our shipping time may be longer. However, we cannot be held responsible if delivery times are longer than stated. See the Shipping page for more information.
We strive to ensure that all products sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have any concerns about a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@deyaworld.com so we can investigate.
If you no longer wish to purchase your order after submitting it, you will need to submit a return request and return the unwanted item(s) once the item(s) have been received. Please note that once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. Deya cannot be held responsible for any refunds for change-of-mind purchases or for submitting incorrect shipping information when submitting your order. Please be sure to carefully review all shipping information before submitting your order.
Shipping
For domestic orders, we will accept only returns but not exchanges, if the request is made within 14 days of arrival of the package and meets our return policy. All returns need to be sent to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey. See the Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
We currently only ship in Turkey and hope to ship internationally soon. However, for special events and collaborations outside of Turkey, please see the contact page or e-mail info@deyaworld.com .
